Tummy time with my sister

Skylar has been great at helping me with my crawling technique and we spend quite a bit of time horsing around on the floor these days.

Thanks for all of the giggles Skylar!!!!

Learning to Crawl

I've finally decided to figure out this crawling thingy.

I do a lot of drooling when I'm crawling

I'm not sure what the big deal is...crawling isn't that difficult!

Oh yeah...I'm a pro!

Balsam Lake

In August, we headed up to Lake Balsam to visit the infamous Chateau Garard.  Here I am sitting on Uncle Dave's lush grass taking in the gorgeous views.

"Good GOD...check out how white Uncle Seanie is!!!"

Of course, I had to have a chew of Lisa's camera case.  In my defence, I've got some more teeth coming!

And snuggles with my favourite Garard, Nancy, were definitely part of the days activities.

And for those of you that know Uncle Dave, a ton of pictures, pictures, pictures are always part of a day with the Garards.

Thumbs up to our amazing host!

Once again, I spent most of my time snoozing in the boat.

I did manage to catch some of the ride and enjoyed the breeze blowing through what little hair I have!

After a delicious dinner spread, we got ready to head over to the Spruce Falls Fair.

There were rides, carnival games, a demolition derby and one of Mommy's favourite things, a freshly squeezed lemonade stand!

Skylar won me this doggy at the dart throw game.  What an amazing day!  I can't wait to do it all again next year!!

Lake Eugenia

Mommy's friends Jodie and Bruce invited us up to there cottage on Lake Eugenia for the weekend.  I was excited because it was my very first cottage experience.  We got there on Friday night, right when the sun was setting and we headed straight for the boat to take a picturesque tour.  "Are you sure this craft is sea-worthy?".

"It is?!  All right then...let's go!"

The next day, we headed out to the resevoir for to dock the boat and do some swimming.  I loved the boat so much that I feel fast asleep before we got there.

I woke up just in time to do a little naked bathing!

Mommy...did you make sure I have sunscreen on my toushie?

Jodie and Bruce have a huge hammock that we enjoyed 'hanging' out in.

Mommy and I even took little mid-afternoon seista in there.

Much to Mommy's surprise, Skylar LOVED fishing and catch a ton of fish. Bruce tried to convince us that it was tradition to give a kiss to the fish that you catch before you release them.  Mommy and I were NOT buying it.

Seriously...I think I'm a bit too young for tubing!

The sunset's on Lake Eugenia were gorgeous.

Thank you Bruce and Jody for an amazing cottage weekend.  We can't wait for our winter weekend!!
